Baruch Dayan HaEmes. A prince and a great man has fallen in Israel.
With great sorrow, the members of our kehilla received the bitter news of the passing of HaGaon HaChassid R' Yissachar Dov Weiss z"l, only son of the holy Gaon, the Minchas Yitzchak zt"l, Av Beis Din of Yerushalayim, longtime Rav of our holy kehilla in Manchester for nearly fifty years, who stood at the right hand of our holy Rebbes, the Divrei Yoel and the Beirach Moshe zy"a, and l'havdil bein chaim l'chaim, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a.

The levaya departs today at 2:00 in front of his home, and afterwards from our great beis medrash, and then in Eretz Yisroel, where he will be brought to burial.
May all of Bais Yisroel weep for the burning that Hashem has burned, and may no more destruction and ruin be heard in our borders.
