Thursday, Parshas Korach 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in Yeshiva Gedolah, Beirach Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochurim.
- The bochur Yoel son of R' Aharon Zupnik.
- The bochur Nosson Nete Stein.
- The bochur Chaim Yuda Greenfeld.
- The bochur Avrohom Yoshe Perenz.

During the Torah reading, the Rebbe went up for Hagbah. After davening, he learned the daily Tehillim shiur on chapter 31, verse 2. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

In the morning hours, the children of Talmud Torah Shaagas Aryeh of Lakewood came in for a visit. The Rebbe inquired about their studies, and all the children then went over to receive the blessing of the Rebbe.

Also coming in for a visit were the students of Yeshiva Ketana Beis Shimon D'Belz of Boro Park. The Rebbe farhered the bochurim for an extended time on their learning in Maseches Kiddushin. Afterwards, all the bochurim went over, and the Rebbe distributed blessed coins and wished them a holy blessing.

Around 6:15, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home on Zanz Street (Kt).

In the evening, the Rebbe officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the mechutanim.
- R' Yoel Pekete and R' Avrohom Shaul Yaakov Friedman in the halls of Kinor Dovid.
- R' Yitzchak Ber Frenkel and R' Dovid Zecharya Roth in the halls of Beis Rachel Paradise.
- R' Yeshaya Zev Kaf and R' Shaul Tzvi Perlmutter in the halls of Ginas Klein.

Visiting hours were from 8:10 until 12:00 at night in his holy home on Uhel Street (Kt).

Around 9:30, the Rebbe went down to the halls in his holy home, where he read the tenaim of the mechutanim.

- R' Yoel Silberstein and R' Yoel Halpert.

During visiting hours, HaGaon HaGadol Rabbi Shimon Yitzchak Schlesinger shlit"a, member of the Beis Din of the Eidah HaChareidis in the holy city of Yerushalayim, paid a visit. A fine conversation of nearly half an hour took place in Torah and halacha on several topics, and about the decree of the 6th of Chukas. The Rebbe honored him with a lechayim, bestowed upon him from his holy blessing, and accompanied him out to the street.

Also coming in for a visit was the Deesh Rebbe shlit"a to receive the Rebbe's blessing on the occasion of the marriage of his grandson, mazel tov, the chosson being the son of his son HaRav Yitzchak Yechiel Panet shlit"a. A fine conversation took place, and the Rebbe bestowed from his holy blessing upon the Deesh Rebbe shlit"a, the chosson, and the entire family.

The Rebbe davened Maariv around 12:00.
