Today after davening, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a arrived for a visit at our holy kehilla's matzah bakery in Kiryas Joel.
The Rebbe walked around the matzah bakery and looked over the work. In particular, the Rebbe went in to the ovens, where the Rebbe praised the matzah bakery for its virtues, stringencies and hiddurim, better than anywhere else. Afterward, the Rebbe inspected the rollers.
Then the Rebbe shlit"a, with great emotion, recited the blessing to separate challah from the dough and fulfilled the mitzvah of challah.
From there the Rebbe shlit"a went over to our holy kehilla's mehudar slaughterhouse, accompanied by R' Dovid Eckstein, president of our holy kehilla in Kiryas Joel, where the Rebbe toured the entire slaughterhouse during the weekly visit.
