And even though we commonly say that Hashem does not combine a bad thought with an act, this applies only to ordinary aveiros; but in matters of kedusha, where the thought is also a transgression, an angel is also created from a thought. However, with every sigh and thought of regret, the evil angels are rendered powerless. He continued with words of arousal, saying that we are already in the last week of the Shovavim days, and if we make a cheshbon hanefesh of what we accomplished in the past weeks, the situation is very bitter. Still, we must remember that we need to tear ourselves free and plead that we merit true thoughts of regret, and after that Hashem will help and nullify all the angels created from one's aveiros, who do not let him do teshuva, and once they are nullified, we will merit complete teshuva.
