"Today, Sunday, Shushan Purim of the walled cities," in the heart of Kiryas Joel, the Rebbe will be escorted from his holy residence, the home of the Beirach Moshe zy"a, on the way to the "great and holy building in which our holy Rebbes zy"a davened, our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel."
"A day that is entirely Simchas Torah": Many holy events, from the preparations for the Hachnasas Sefer Torah, the taking out and procession of the Sefer Torah, Kabbalas HaTorah through tens of thousands of bochurim, holy dancing, saying "Mazel tov," and the holy tish in honor of the completion of the Torah,
"And so the righteous will see and rejoice, the upright will exult, and the devout will sing with joy; those above rejoiced and those below exulted at the receiving of the Torah at Sinai"
