This past Motzei Shabbos, before the "Inspiring Gathering for the Completion of the Writing of a Sefer Torah," the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a honored his grandson, Rabbi Elazar of London, the youngest son of our teacher, the HaGaon, the Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva shlit"a, to write a letter in the Torah. At the completion of the writing of the Sefer Torah, the Rebbe wrote in the final four words, "before the eyes of all Israel."
