Tens of thousands of our chassidim, in the thousands upon thousands, are stirred with holy emotion at the elevated, historic and moving event of the "Siyum Kesivas Sefer Torah" by the crown of splendor, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, "tonight, Motzei Shabbos, in the great beis medrash of Williamsburg." It was an awe-inspiring event of the completion of the writing of the letters and the raising of the Torah by the leader of Israel, the baal simcha, the Rebbe shlit"a, with melodies of inspiration and joy, holy words aflame with fire, and expressions of praise and thanksgiving by the faithful shepherd, the baal simcha, the Rebbe shlit"a. Chassidim rejoiced and exulted in dances of holy fire, "holy moments filled with emotion and devotion, with love and joy of the Torah."

They all entered into the covenant together, saying "we will do and we will hear" as one, as one man, with one heart, to rejoice and be glad in the joy of the Torah and in the joy of our father and shepherd, the Rebbe shlit"a.
