Klal Yisroel has once again entered the month of Adar, when we increase in joy, the month containing the joyous days of Purim, which are celebrated festively every year in all the Jewish communities, accompanied by countless mitzvos and acts of tzedakah and chesed.

In the corridors of Kupas Rabbeinu "Avnei Chesed," they look forward especially to Yom Tov Purim, the time when the members of our community come every year to meet the needs of the needy of our community by supporting the holy fund that provides dignified support to mechutanim of our community at the time of their simcha.
Every year, the time around the days of Purim is the high point of the year, when the eyes of the poor of our community turn to the donors who sponsor the "Mesamchim" groups with a generous eye and a giving spirit, and with their generous donations they give the proper push to the fund's administration, which functions throughout the entire year thanks to the broad support the fund enjoys among the community on Purim day.

Yom Tov Purim today already runs among our community in parallel with the joyous "Mesamchim groups" of Kupas Rabbeinu "Avnei Chesed," as the yeshiva students use the entire Purim for the benefit of their friends and their own parents, going from house to house with joyous dancing, drawing the whole family into an atmosphere of simcha interwoven with the mitzvah of matanos l'evyonim at the highest and finest standard.


Kupas Rabbeinu "Avnei Chesed" has already earned a good name, being the fund that stands ready to help the members of our community at the time of their simcha, when a significant percentage of mechutanim unfortunately need financial assistance, and to this is added the fund established by the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a with the necessary help, providing generous support for all the needy of our community.

This year a considerably different and somewhat more complicated schedule is being arranged than in a regular year, because Purim falls on an Erev Shabbos. Therefore the fund's askanim are very actively working on arranging the schedules of the "Mesamchim groups" in a way that will cover all the annual addresses, including going around with the groups also on Motzei Shabbos, when many families celebrate the Purim seudah.

Because of this year's arrangement, which requires more work in setting up the daily schedule for the dozens of "Mesamchim groups," the askanim are issuing a call to the community not to wait until the last minute, but to call in and order a "Mesamchim group" as soon as possible, so that they can be arranged for the time that is best for the respected donors.
