Friday, Erev Shabbos, Parshas Vayikra, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning, before Shacharis, the following brissim took place:
- The newborn son of R' Avrohom Eli Friedman, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
- The newborn son of R' Avrohom Gelb, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Talmud Torah building on Wider Palatchek together with the classes 6, 7 and 8 of the branch of HaRav Yaakov Shalom Weiss shlit"a. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.
- The twin sons of R' Shlomo Landau.
- The bochur Aharon Goldstein, son of a bar mitzvah.

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place in the Heichal of the beis medrash. Several nigunim were sung, and the Rebbe drank a lechayim and extended blessings to the bar mitzvah bochurim, the rebbeim and the children. The Rebbe delivered words of Torah and spoke of the pleasure that Hashem derives from the davening of schoolchildren, and said: just as we see with mitzvos that constant care is needed, so too one must know that to be a proper Jew one must be careful with all the mitzvos, and one cannot say that this mitzvah yes and that mitzvah no. The Rebbe concluded with the Kodesh blessing.
Afterwards, the Rebbe distributed shirayim to the rebbeim to distribute to all the children.

In the afternoon hours, the Rebbe traveled into Williamsburg for Shabbos Kodesh among our holy kehilla.
