Monday, Parshas Terumah — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Chaim Eizik Schwartz, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin with the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Wolf Landau.

During the Torah reading, the Rebbe went up for Hagbah. After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, beginning with chapter 24, verse 1. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

During the morning hours, the Rebbe made his weekly visit to the mehudar slaughterhouse, and afterwards to the matzah bakery of our holy kehilla.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Kedushas Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room. At around 6:00, the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

Kabbolas kahal (receiving visitors) took place from 8:30 until 12:00 at night, in the Rebbe's holy home on Uhel Court.
