Tuesday, Parshas Mishpatim, "B'tzeil HaKodesh" with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the following brissen took place:
- The son born to R' Baruch Lipa Levi, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
- The son born to R' Yechezkel Shraga Bri"z Wertzberger, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal of the Mesivta, Etz Chaim branch - Shiur Gimmel. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
- The bochur Yoel, son of R' Yitzchak Mordechai Berkowitz.
- The bochur Reuven Ariel Mawas.
- The bochur Aharon Akiva Kahn.
- The bochur Eliezer Dovid Itzkowitz.
- The bochur Moshe Baruch Bendit Lichtenstein.

After davening, the Rebbe addressed them with words of preparation for their upcoming trip to the holy places in Europe, and conveyed the awe and fear that must grip a person when entering the ohalim of such holy tzaddikim, and bestowed his holy blessing.
Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Heichal of the beis medrash, and the Rebbe distributed shlichus mitzvah money to all the bochurim.

After Shacharis, the Rebbe went up to the home of HaRav HaChassid R' Baruch Lipa Levi, a member of the administration of our holy kehilla in Kiryas Joel, on the occasion of the birth of his son, mazel tov. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed his holy blessing.

At around 2:30, the Rebbe went over to the Great Beis Medrash for the Yom HaIchud (day of unity) of the close to one thousand talmidim of the 9th grade Machon L'Yeshiva division of our holy mosdos throughout Greater New York. Several niggunim and rhymes were sung, and the principals presented the Rebbe shlit"a with a "minchas bikurim," a kvitel containing the names of all the bochurim along with the thousands of consecutive hours that were learned during the Yemei HaShovavim, may they be rectified.
The Rebbe delivered holy words and guidance, words of chizuk in Torah learning, spoke about how a chassidishe bochur must conduct himself, and concluded with his holy blessing.
Afterwards, the Rebbe davened Mincha together with the bochurim. After Mincha, the Rebbe entered his private room, where the Rebbe distributed blessed coins to the bochurim who distinguished themselves with consecutive hours during the Yemei HaShovavim. At that time the Rebbe also gave blessed coins to HaRav R' Akiva Yosef Kahana shlit"a, who is traveling in the coming days to Eretz Yisroel, to distribute to the talmidim of the Machon L'Yeshiva division in Yerushalayim and Bnei Brak. It concluded at around 4:10.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a traveled into Williamsburg for the weekly reception hours (zmanei kenisa).
Upon arriving in Williamsburg, the Rebbe paid a condolence call to the family of HaRav HaChassid R' Mendel Goldberger a"h.

The zmanei kenisa in the holy chamber took place from 8:10 until 12:50 at night, in his holy home on Hewes St.

During the zmanei kenisa, a ceremony of filling in the letters took place for the Sefer Torah being written by HaRav HaChassid R' Menachem Chaim Richtman, which will be brought in on the coming Shushan Purim in the Beis Medrash Kedushas Yom Tov in Boro Park. The Rebbe filled in letters, drank a lechayim, and a pleasant conversation ensued, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing upon HaRav HaChassid R' Menachem Chaim and his family, and upon HaGaon Rabbi Alter Eliezer Horowitz shlit"a, rav of the beis medrash.

A ceremony of filling in the letters also took place for the Sefer Torah being written by Yeshivas Sha'ar HaMelech, under the leadership of HaGaon Rabbi Meir Yisroel Spitzer shlit"a. The Rebbe filled in letters, drank a lechayim, and a pleasant conversation ensued about the yeshiva, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing upon the Rosh Yeshiva shlit"a and upon all the talmidim of the yeshiva.

Likewise, the leaders of our holy kehilla in Manchester entered the holy chamber together with the committee of the building fund of our great beis medrash in Manchester, to receive the holy blessing for the upcoming campaign to rebuild our great beis medrash after the fire that, Heaven forbid, took place several weeks ago. The Rebbe inquired about all the details and bestowed his holy blessing.

Also the chalaka celebration took place for the grandson of the Rebbe, the child Alexander Asher, may he live, son of Rabbi Hershel Meisels shlit"a, who is the grandson of the HaGaon HaTzaddik, rav of Beis Medrash Yismach Moshe shlit"a. The Rebbe cut several hairs, put on the kappel and tzitzis, and bestowed his holy blessing.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 10:00 and afterwards continued receiving the public.
