Sunday, Chol HaMoed Sukkos — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash at about 9:50. Berachos and Pesukei D'Zimra: HaGaon Rabbi Baruch Shlomo Weinberger shlit"a. The Rebbe approached Shacharis and Hallel, and performed the holy service of the na'anuim for an extended time with fervor and longing, and after Hallel recited the Hoshanos with great arousal.

Hotzaah and Hachnasah: HaGaon Rabbi Meir Meyer shlit"a and HaGaon Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum shlit"a, moreh tzedek of the Beis Shmuel Binyamin beis medrash.
Pesukei Shema Yisroel: HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Berish Kahn shlit"a, Rosh Av Beis Din of Antwerp.

After his aliyah, the Rebbe called the following to the Torah on the occasion of the birth of a daughter:
R' Chaim Elazar Schwartz.
R' Aharon Neiman.
R' Shlomo Brach.
R' Yosef Mordechai Pilaf.

Hagbah of the first sefer: R' Shmuel Leib Brach (Womsbag). Gelilah: R' Yoel, son of R' Shmuel HaKohen Friedman.
Maftir: R' Eliezer Lev (London). Hagbah of the second sefer: R' Yitzchak Yehuda Heiman. Gelilah: R' Yosef Mordechai Pilaf.

Mussaf: the Gaon Hagadol, the Av Beis Din shlit"a. Opening of Ani'im Zemiros: R' Avrohom Leib Klein (London). They finished at about 1:55.

In the afternoon at about 7:00 the Rebbe entered the beis medrash for Mincha. Baal tefillah: HaGaon Rabbi Isamar Meizlish shlit"a. Maariv: R' Avrohom Yonah Schwartz (Boro Park). They finished at about 7:55. The congregation went to wish a good Yom Tov, and the Rebbe went home to his holy residence.

At about 11:00 the Rebbe entered the pure table in the sukkah hagedolah. The Rebbe invited the ushpizin and recited Kiddush.
Hagbahas HaKos: the honor went to HaTzaddik Rabbi Berel Glantz shlit"a of Bardiov, Kiryas Joel.
The hosts of the ushpizin set out wine and brought kugels, and the Rebbe distributed shirayim to the hosts of the ushpizin.

For the zemiros, the Rebbe honored his grandson the bochur Yitzchak Eizik ny"u, son of the Gaon HaTzaddik, Rav of the Beis Baruch beis medrash shlit"a.

The Rebbe shlit"a said Torah on the verse "And may G-d give you of the dew of the heavens," and explained that through the na'anuim in the sukkah one merits kindness and mercy and forgiveness of sins.

Birkas Hamazon: the Rebbe's grandson Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Taub shlit"a, son-in-law of the Gaon HaTzaddik, Rav of the Yismach Moshe beis medrash shlit"a. After bentching they continued with song and zemiros in honor of the simchas Beis HaShoeivah. They finished at about 12:45.
