Sunday, Parshas Eikev — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe came in to Shacharis at around 9:00.
Baal tefillah: the bochur Asher Zelig son of Yoel Yisroel Wagschal (Monsey).

After davening, the many guests who had stayed for Shabbos b'tzeil hakodesh went over to take their leave.

The Rebbe came in to Mincha at around 8:25. Baal tefillah: the bochur Menachem Gershon son of Yoel Siman (Kiryas Joel). Between Mincha and Maariv, the Rebbe was engaged in his learning. At the time of Rabbeinu Tam, at around 9:00, Maariv was davened. Baal tefillah: R' Meir Steinmetz (Kiryas Joel). After Maariv, the Rebbe walked home to his holy residence.

The talmidim of Yeshiva Ketana Toras Efraim of Monsey, together with the rosh yeshiva HaGaon R' Yaakov Schwartz shlit"a, came in to the Rebbe's holy residence in Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe asked them about their studies and shared brief words of blessing, and the bochurim then went over to receive a blessing from the holy Rebbe.
