Wednesday, Parshas Tzav — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Mordechai Dov Gruber (Boro Park), where the Rebbe was sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Veyoel Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
The son of HaRav R' Avrohom Hersh Zaldan shlit"a.
The bochur Yitzchak Isaac Weiss.
The bochur Avrohom Yosef.
The bochur Naftali Hirtzka Schwartz.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur on chapter 19, verse 12, after which a lechayim took place with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

During the morning hours, the Rebbe made his weekly visit to the mehudar slaughterhouse.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Kedushas Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room, and at around 6:15 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppahs of the following mechutanim:
R' Shmuel Feierstein - R' Avrohom Menashe Philip (Australia), at Kinor Dovid hall.
R' Yoel Bar Shatz Katz - R' Chaim Weiss, at Beis Rochel Paradise hall.
R' Chaim Dovid Lerner (Williamsburg) - R' Avrohom Yitzchak Hershkowitz, at Ginas Klein hall.

The reception hours in Kiryas Joel were from around 8:15 until 12:30 at night, in his holy home on Ohel Ct.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim hall in his holy home for the mechutanim HaRav R' Berish Gross shlit"a (Montreal) - HaRav R' Yitzchak Mittelman shlit"a.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:30.
