Friday, Erev Shabbos, Parshas Vayikra — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Yechezkel Shraga Gruber, where the Rebbe was sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Beis Medrash HaGadol. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin with the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yisroel Ephraim Fishel Schlesinger.
After davening, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in his private room.

After Shacharis, the Rebbe comforted the mourners, HaRav R' Yaakov Shlomo and his brother HaRav R' Mordechai Nissim Grunwald, on the passing of their sister a"h.
