Sunday, Parshas Vayeira, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Kedushas Yoel branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
the bochur Nechemya Wertzberger.
the bochur Menachem Teitelbaum.
the bochur Naftali Hirtzka Budick.
After davening, the Rebbe learned the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 18, verse 31. Afterward, a lechayim took place with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

In the afternoon, at around 6:20, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Yitzchok Isaac Rosenbaum shlit"a – R' Yoel Berkowitz shlit"a, son of the HaGaon HaGadol, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of Kiryas Joel shlit"a, at the Beis Rochel Paradise hall.
R' Yoel, the son of R' Yisroel Weingarten (Monsey) – R' Yosef Moshe Forgacs shlit"a, at the Kinor Dovid hall.
R' Dovid Shmuel Landau (Boro Park) – R' Moshe Yehuda Gutman, at the Ginas Klein hall.

The zmanei kenisa with the Rebbe were from around 8:20 until 12:00 at night, in his holy home on Uhel Court.

During the zmanei kenisa, a kesivas ha'osios took place for the Sefer Torah being written by R' Elimelech Shlomo Schwartz. The Rebbe wrote in the letters, drank lechayim, and bestowed from his holy blessings.

The Lizhensk Rebbe of Monsey, HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Shimon Stern shlit"a, also came for a visit with the Rebbe on the occasion of the tenaim celebration of his son, the chosson, who should be well, which took place in the hall adjacent to the Rebbe's holy home. A fine conversation ensued, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessings upon him.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim room in his holy home, for the mechutanim the Lizhensk Rebbe of Monsey shlit"a and R' Mordechai Matisyahu Halpert shlit"a.

During the zmanei kenisa, a group of bochurim from our community who helped at the maamadim b'tzeil hakodesh throughout the month of Tishrei that just passed came in. The Rebbe bestowed his holy blessings upon them and distributed a gift, a Birkas Moshe zemiros book.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:00.
