The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, Rosh Mesivta Rabbasi, delivered the opening-of-the-zman address for the start of the winter zman to the 1,263 bochurim, y"i, of the 7 branches of the holy Mesivta in Kiryas Joel, in the main hall of the Yismach Moshe beis medrash in the Birkas Moshe neighborhood of Kiryas Joel.
During the address, the Rebbe also expounded at length on matters of emunah and da'as in the teachings of the Divrei Yoel zt"l, in light of the terrible events of the times in Eretz Yisroel and in the Diaspora.
