May the year and its curses end
A year of exile. A year of fear. A year of suffering. A year of anguish and heartache. A year of the destruction of the holy building of the kehilla and its mosdos in the holy city of Yerushalayim, may it be rebuilt.

May the year and its blessings begin
A year of expanding the borders of holiness. A year of siyata d'Shmaya. A year of laying the foundations for the grand and magnificent building of Tel Talpiyos, the great center for Torah and prayer of Kahal Yitav Lev and the Satmar mosdos in Eretz Yisroel, in the holy city of Yerushalayim, may it be rebuilt.
