Baruch Haba B'shem Hashem

Tonight at 8:10 (California time), California merited receiving the holy countenance of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a when the private plane landed safely. From the airport the Rebbe traveled straight to his holy lodging, which is in the home of R' Hershel Spitz. At around 8:45 the Rebbe arrived at Beis Medrash Beis Chabad in Palm Springs. Upon arrival the Rebbe greeted the local residents. Among others, the Rebbe extended a special greeting to the distinguished R' Berel Weiss of Los Angeles, who is staying there these days. After davening the Rebbe looked around the beis medrash and expressed special praise for the beis medrash's administration, who beautifully renovated the beis medrash as befits a house of Hashem.
