The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a on Motzei Shabbos at the home of R' Moshe Yosef Wertheimer, at a lechayim celebration in honor of his son's engagement, mazel tov, together with a signing of pledges at which R' Moshe Yosef purchased a gate in the new Heichal in the Mivtzar HaKollelim building, and a merit in the tahara mikvah in Kiryas Joel.

On that occasion, as already widely reported, the topic of apartment prices in Kiryas Joel was discussed, and the Rebbe announced plans that soon it will be possible to build apartments at a very low price, under two hundred dollars per square foot.
