Wednesday, Parshas Shemos — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, in the resort city of Palm Springs, California

At around 8:30 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the Beis Chabad beis medrash. Baal tefillah: Rabbi Chaim Hersh Mendlowitz shlit"a.
After davening, a lechayim gathering was held in honor of the yahrzeit of the holy Bnei Yissaschar zy"a. The Rebbe drank lechayim and told holy stories for an extended time.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a walked home. On the way home, a fine conversation took place about the Bnei Yissaschar zy"a, the exiles of the city of Sighet, and the rabbinate of the holy R' Elazar Nisan zy"a in the city of Sighet.

In the afternoon at around 5:40 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Mincha. Baal tefillah: Rabbi Avrohom Dovid Wagschal shlit"a (Monsey). Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe engaged in Torah study at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam, around 6:10, Maariv was davened. Baal tefillah: R' Wolf Brid Landau (Kiryas Joel).
