"Hoshana l'maan brisecha" (Save us for the sake of Your covenant): "..May Hashem help Yiddishe kinder in the merit of the Torah, which is called a 'bris,' that if punishment has been decreed upon someone, he should get through it easily through the Torah.."

"..The Torah is called Toras Emes; 'only with the Torah can one tear apart and overcome the Satan.' Let us take upon ourselves to learn more, to toil more in the holy Torah.."
"Hoshana l'maan amitecha" (Save us for the sake of Your truth)

"Hoshana l'maancha Elokeinu" (Save us for Your sake, our G-d)

"..Bereishis is an acronym for 'R'tzeh E'lokim Y'ismechu Y'isroel B'yom S'imchas T'orah' (Hashem desires that Yisroel rejoice on the day of Simchas Torah). This is the will of Hashem. 'Hoshana l'maancha Elokeinu,' that we should be able to fulfill the will of Hashem, that we should be able to gather together, that the Yom Tov of Yiddishe kinder should not be disrupted.."

"An individual cannot say 'Elokeinu' — 'Elokeinu' is plural. 'Hoshana l'maancha Elokeinu' — that we should be able to say 'Elokeinu,' that we should be able to come to the beis medrash, that we should be able to daven.
A bitter decree: they want to lock up batei medrash, and not only batei medrash do they want to lock up, they want to lock up the talmud torahs of Yiddishe kinder

"..'Your parting is difficult for Me' — Hashem says, it is very hard for Me, your parting; when Yidden cannot gather together, it pains Me..."

crying out: "Today is the last day; one can still now come close to the Creator." Yiddishe kinder need yeshuos, refuos; the needs of Your people Yisroel are many. "Now is the greatest and last opportunity"; one can still plead now.

Today in the afternoon hours, the Rebbe shlit"a departed for Forshay, where the Rebbe will stay for rest in the coming week
